Annual General Meeting of Membership

The Barrie Folk Society became a not-for-profit incorporation in February 2005 and as such, holds an annual general meeting of its members in the first quarter of each year.

Members will be informed by e-mail of the meeting date, location and agenda at least 30 days prior.

All members will receive our Repeat Attender membership card. When you attend five shows, you will receive the sixth show free. Bring your card to every event you go to and we will stamp it. You don’t need to attend the five shows during one year; as long as you renew your membership, we will transfer your stamps to your new card. Please make sure you RSVP for your free show so we can make sure to put you on our guest list. A list of current members will be at all BFS events. Membership will be due on the last day of the month following the month it was purchased (eg. join on April 15, membership expires May 31 the following year).
